Email admin@yerimlab.com with a description of the issue. Please include your device model, iOS version, Weird Words app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.

Troubleshooting

For most issues, try these steps:

• Close Weird Words completely and reopen it.
• Confirm that your device has an internet connection.
• Install the latest Weird Words update from the App Store.
• Install the latest compatible version of iOS.
• Restart your device and try again.

Report a problem

If the issue continues, send support a screenshot or screen recording when possible. Explain what you expected to happen and what happened instead. This information helps us reproduce and resolve the problem.
