Mapstory helps you discover the history of places on a map. If a search or story is not working as expected, try the steps below or contact Yerim Lab.

Contact support

Email admin@yerimlab.com with a description of the issue. Include your device model, operating system version, Mapstory version, the place or search involved, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Places or stories are missing

Check your internet connection, then zoom in on the map or try searching for the place by its full name. Mapstory gets historical content from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, so some places may have limited details or images. A missing story does not necessarily mean the place has no history.

Search or map problems

Check the spelling of your search, close and reopen Mapstory, then try again. On Android, check that Mapstory has foreground location permission if place search asks for it. Map and place results may be temporarily unavailable when an external service or your connection has a problem.

Feedback and feature ideas

Use the TellUs! button in the app to share an idea, or email admin@yerimlab.com. If the in-app form cannot send, check your connection and try again later, or send your message by email.
