Privacy Policy

Yerim Lab ("we," "our," or "us") operates WhosBuying. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app or contact us for support.

Information in the app

WhosBuying does not require an account. The companies you save are stored on your device so the app can show your watchlist. We do not receive your saved list through the app. You can remove individual companies in the app, or remove the locally stored list by uninstalling the app.

Public data lookups

When you search for a ticker using Public lookup, the app sends that ticker to Yahoo Finance to identify the company and to OpenInsider to retrieve publicly reported insider trades. These services may receive technical information normally sent with a network request, such as your IP address, and handle it under their own privacy policies. WhosBuying does not send your saved watchlist or an account identity with those requests. Opening a report or filing link takes you to an external website, which has its own privacy practices.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include. We use it to answer your question, investigate a problem, and keep a record of the conversation for as long as reasonably needed for support. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information. You may ask us to delete a support message by emailing the address below.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. WhosBuying does not include advertising or analytics services. We may share support correspondence with the services used to deliver and store our email, or disclose information when required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children's privacy

WhosBuying is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if WhosBuying's features or data practices change. We will revise the effective date above when we post an update.
