App Support

Help when you need it

WhosBuying helps you explore publicly reported stock purchases and sales. If something is not working as expected, try the steps below or contact Yerim Lab.

Contact support

Email admin@yerimlab.com with a description of the issue. Include your device model, operating system version, WhosBuying version, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot may help. Do not include passwords or financial account information.

Lookup or source problems

Check the ticker symbol and your internet connection, then try again. Public lookup depends on external market and filing sources that may be delayed, unavailable, or incomplete. It currently shows partial U.S. insider trade coverage; a missing result does not mean no trade occurred. International tickers may identify a company without available trade rankings.

Market and activity data

The Market and Activity views use a dated, selected snapshot of public reports. Pulling to refresh may reload that snapshot without adding newer trades. Check the displayed data date, selected time window, buy or sell filter, sector, and investor filter if a result looks unexpected. Report links provide the source for individual entries.

Saved companies

Your saved companies are kept on your device. If they do not appear, close and reopen the app. Avoid uninstalling the app while troubleshooting because doing so can remove the saved list. If the issue continues, tell us whether the app displayed a storage error.

Report a data issue or share feedback

If a trade appears incorrect, send us the ticker, investor or firm, date, and source link, along with what you expected to see. Feature ideas and other feedback are welcome at admin@yerimlab.com.
